Filing a withdrawal request from MetaTrader 4 account

  1. 1. Log in to your Personal Area

    Use your Personal Area access point in our webpage.

  2. 2. Open a withdrawal request page

    Select "Transfers" of the main menu and click on the "Withdrawal Request" tab.

  3. 3. Complete a withdrawal request procedure

    Fill out the "Withdrawal request" form:


    • From - select the trading account number you want to withdraw from.
    • To - select payment option you want to receive your funds into.
    • Amount - enter the amount you want withdraw from your trading account (should not exceed the trading account's current equity).
    • Comments - enter the comments to the request if you want to add any.


    Press "OK" to see the details of your request, then press "Submit" button if confirmed to submit.


    If selecting an MT4 account number results in "Not available" note in "To" - this MT4 account has no payment option attached to it.

  4. 4. Monitor your withdrawal request

    Use the "Transfers" page of your Personal area to monitor your withdrawal request's processing status:


    • Active - request is not yet not attended
    • Processing - request is being considered
    • Performed - request has been executed
    • Rejected - request has been rejected
    • Cancelled - request has been canceled by the account holder
