Withdrawal requests
“Withdrawal request” window shows information about the requests and consists of the following columns:
- Operation ID – server number of request;
- Status – request status (active, processing, performed, cancelled by user, rejected by manager);
- Created – date of request creation;
- Closed – date of request execution or abort;
- Volume – carry-back sum;
- Currency – return currency;
- Destination – the way user selected to return his funds;
- Info – comment.
From the context menu user opened on the line of financial instrument, the following actions are available:
- New request – opens dialog to create a new request;
- Cancel request – aborts the current request (if its status is “active”);
- Stop history loading – aborts current process of history downloading;
- Account properties – user can see the operation factors of his account including the props information and ways to return funds, that was entered during account creation;
- Filter – data filter;
- Columns – columns management;
- Print;
- Print Preview;
- Settings – - call dialogue of setting terminal parameters.
User can see not all the history, but only for some period of time and only some certain kinds of withdrawal requests. For setting this terms there is a “Filter” command of context menu, which opens “Withdrawal requests filter”. Notice, history downloading (with selected filtration) starts exactly after this dialog was closed. In case of emergency user can abort the process of history downloading if it takes too long, this command is available from context menu “Stop history downloading”, notice that this command active only during the history downloading.
