The XRPUSD technical analysis of the price chart on 1-hour timeframe shows XRPUSD,H1 is advancing above the 200-period moving average MA(200) after retracing lower following a rebound to 3-week high three days ago. Stochastic indicator is in overbought zone. We believe the bullish momentum will continue after the price breaches above the upper bound of Donchian channel at 3.2786. A level above this can be used as an entry point for placing a pending order to buy. The stop loss can be placed below 3.1953. After placing the order, the stop loss is to be moved to the next fractal low, following Parabolic indicator signals. Thus, we are changing the expected profit/loss ratio to the breakeven point. If the price meets the stop loss level without reaching the order, we recommend cancelling the order: the market has undergone internal changes which were not taken into account.

XRP surged after news Ripple secured a landmark court victory against the SEC. Will the XRPUSD price continue advancing?
XRP jumped after news Ripple Labs officially won its court case against the SEC. There were reports Ripple and the SEC finally called off their years-long legal war by dismissing all appeals. The US Securities and Exchange Commission said it ended its case accusing Ripple Labs of selling unregistered securities. Ripple will pay a $125 million fine. This ended one of the cryptocurrency industry's highest-profile lawsuits leaving allowing institutions to invest in XRP without worrying about legal consequences: institutional trading volumes rallied over 200% to $12.40 billion while derivatives open interest also jumped 15% to $5.90 billion. Rising investment in XRP by institutional investors is bullish for XRPUSD price.
