The HSBC Holdings plc is a bank, one of the largest financial conglomerates in the world. It was founded in 1865 in Hong Kong for financing trading between China and Europe. Originally it was named Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. After acquiring Midland British bank, the headquarter of the company moved to London. HSBC operates in the countries of Europe, Asia, North America and South America, the Middle East and Africa (overall 85 countries of the world). The bank realizes all directions of banking, including asset management, payment operations, project financing and others.
