- Make sure that you have written your Login and Password.
- Fully uninstall the terminal via Control Panel of your operating system.
- Download and install again NetTradeX 1.6.1.

An automatic update of previous versions of Trade Terminal hasn't worked properly in operating system MS Windows Vista. This problem is fixed in the new version of terminal 1.4.2. Those customers, who are using earlier versions of terminal under Windows Vista, must download and install a new version manually, without previous version uninstallation. This will save user's settings. Further updates will occur normally.
