Profile Authorization

The authorization of the profile is needed primarily for the full use of all the features of the Private Area, also the Company may ask you to pass the authorization to replenish your account or withdraw funds from it using a bank card, bank transfer and other deposit/withdrawal methods.

To authorize the profile, click "My Profile" - "Profile Authorization" in the menu. You will need to fill out and submit the authorization form, which you will see on the opened “Profile Authorization” page

  • A copy (scan) of an identity document - this may be your passport, driver’s license or any other personal identity document. The image of the document (the front side with your data and the back side) should be clearly visible.
  • Address - the full address of the actual residence, including street, house/block and apartment numbers; the address must be confirmed by a scanned document (utility bill, bank statement, etc., issued within the last 6 months).
  • City – the city of current stay.
  • Postal code - the postal code of current stay.
  • Date of birth.

The form can be filled out and saved partially so that you can complete the procedure later if you do not have all the information at hand.

After completing the form, click "Save and Submit" to send the form for review and processing. You will receive an email confirming the authorization request.

The Company’s back office will review and process your request within 24 business hours (Monday through Friday). After processing the request, you will see a message in your Private Area, as well as receive an email to your mail box.
