Microsoft shares edged up 0.03% amid reports CEO Satya Nadella's fiscal 2024 compensation surged 63% to $79.1 million as software giant’s shares gained about 31.2% over year, Tesla shares rallied 21.9% on Thursday outperforming market as Musk forecast 20%-30% sales growth next year.

The Dollar strengthening has resumed today. The live dollar index data show the ICE US Dollar index, a measure of the dollar’s strength against a basket of six rival currencies, ended 0.4% lower on Thursday.
Both EUR/USD and GBP/USD reversed their retreating yesterday while the S&P Global reported euro zone economic activity continued to decline in October. Euro is lower against the dollar currently and Pound higher. USD/JPY reversed its advancing while AUD/USD reversed its sliding on Thursday with both the yen and Australian dollar lower against the Greenback currently.

US stock index futures are up currently with the yield on benchmark 10-year Treasury notes down at 4.188%. The three main stock benchmarks ended mixed on Thursday recording daily returns in a range from -0.3% to 0.76% with Tesla leading gains after reporting higher earnings and profit margins.
European indexes futures are down today after stock indexes closed mixed with travel and leisure stocks leading gains. Asian stock indexes futures are mixed today with Hong Kong’s Hang Seng leading gains as the People's Bank of China left its one-year policy rate unchanged.

Brent is extending losses currently. Prices ended lower on Thursday amid reports the US and Israel will try to restart talks on a possible ceasefire in Gaza. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) futures lost 0.8% and are lower currently. Brent futures slid 0.8% to $74.38 a barrel on Thursday.
